1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website (hawksinfotech.com), booking a doorstep inspection, submitting equipment for repair, or contracting our digital agency services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Hardware Diagnostics & Repair Services

All computer, laptop, desktop, server, and component-level repairs are subject to the following operating conditions:

• Diagnostic Approvals: An initial inspection is conducted to evaluate hardware failure. We provide an estimated cost quote before initiating major component replacements or BGA chip-level soldering.
• Doorstep & On-Site Visits: For on-site technical visits across Delhi NCR, clients must provide a safe working environment and direct access to power supplies and equipment.
• Unclaimed Hardware: Devices left at our service facilities for more than 45 days after repair completion and notification may incur storage charges or be recycled in accordance with standard e-waste management guidelines.

4. Replacement Parts & Service Warranty

• OEM Hardware Warranty: New replacement hardware (such as SSDs, RAM sticks, LED screens, keyboard modules, and power adapters) carries manufacturer warranty ranging from 90 days to 3 years depending on the brand.
• Chip-Level Repair Warranty: Motherboard repairs, logic board IC replacements, and power track soldering carry a standard 30-day testing warranty from the date of handover.
• Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty is immediately invalidated if the repaired unit shows signs of physical impact, customer tampering, water or liquid ingress post-repair, electrical surge damage, or broken warranty security seals.

5. Pricing, Invoicing & Payments

Payment terms are structured based on the service category:

• Hardware Repairs: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service testing and equipment handover or delivery.
• Digital Marketing & Web Development: Web development and SEO projects require a milestone advance deposit prior to project initiation, with final balances cleared upon site handover or monthly cycle billing.
• Accepted Methods: UPI, Bank IMPS/NEFT, Credit/Debit Cards, and authorized corporate purchase orders.

6. Web & Digital Marketing Services

Upon full settlement of all development invoices, full ownership of custom website design and frontend source code is transferred to the client. Hawks Infotech retains the right to display non-confidential project portfolio showcases unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been executed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hawks Infotech and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including business interruption, loss of profit, or loss of operational data) arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in relation to our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
